How Hatuma’s Dicalcic Phosphate is Made . .

1.  Wet lime and mature superphosphate are mixed together, compacted down, then left for 4 weeks to ‘mature’.

2.  Photo shows approximately 30,000 tonnes of maturing dicalcic which has become as hard as concrete.

3.  After the 4 weeks are over, heavy machinery is used to break the new dicalcic apart and prepare it for crushing. 4.  End result: a product that has a pH 6.5 – 7.0, is non water soluble, fully plant available and soil and humus friendly.
